ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) consisting of the following:
(i) round-trip, coach class airfare to Winner and a guest between the major US airport* nearest Winner’s residence to Miami, Florida or Los Angeles, California (location TBD based on David’s availability);
(ii) one (1) hotel room for two nights (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only; subject to availability and as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
(iii) lunch with David Bromstad and an art gallery tour (restaurant and gallery TBD); and
(iv) two (2) $500 Visa Gift Cards (Card issuer terms and conditions apply).

* Note: airport location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The trip must be during a mutually agreed upon time with David Bromstad between July 15, 2014 and December 15, 2014 or Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that Winner lives within 200 miles of Trip Destination, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare at its sole discretion, and any difference in value will not be awarded. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package: $2,800.

ONE (1) SECOND PLACE PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) Bromstad for Naturalizer Limited edition signed and numbered 24” x 36” canvas print valued at $734.00 and a $100 gift card to Naturalizer.com. Total ARV of Second Place Prize: $834.00.

TEN (10) THIRD PLACE PRIZES: Ten (10) Third Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Naturalizer gift card at a value of $100 per gift card. Total ARV of all Third Place Prizes: $1000.
