PRIZES: Every first-time sweepstakes entrant will receive a complimentary e-book download with eligible entry. Recipes created by Celebrity Chef Nick Stellino, the host of the Emmy winning show: “Cooking with Nick Stellino.” Limit: one download per email address.
Three (3) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each Grand Prize Winner will each be awarded a Nick Stellino Trip Package, an additional merchandise Prize Pack, and a special Appliance Bonus. For the Trip Package, each Grand Prize Winner is able to choose one Guest to accompany him or her. The Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of travel.
Each Trip Package includes: (i) roundtrip, coach airfare for two to Seattle, Washington; (ii) hotel accommodations at the Alexis Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days (double occupancy) from August 28 – August 31, 2014; (iii) a visit to a working production studio (the winners will get to be a Visiting Chef making a mock segment with Nick Stellino); (iv) one video copy of the segment to keep; (v) dinner Saturday night with Nick Stellino at Tulio’s with Guest; (vi) a Lunch Cruise on the Royal; (vii) one $1,000.00 Gift Card, (viii) a welcome Dinner at Sky City Restaurant at the Seattle Space Needle for Winner and his or her Guest; and (ix) transportation to and from the airport and for Sweepstakes activities.
THE TRIP PACKAGE IS ONLY OFFERED ON AUGUST 28 – AUGUST 31, 2014. ARV of each Trip Package is $5500. If Winner resides within a sixty (60) mile radius of Seattle, WA (a “local resident”), in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Trip Package, Winner and Guest will receive round-trip limousine transportation of Sponsor’s choice for Winner and his/her Guest from Winner’s residence to the hotel. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize who is not a local resident.
Each Prize Pack includes: (i) A basket from DaVinci containing assorted pasta, olive oil and Chef Stellino’s appetizer selections; (ii) Anolon Advanced Bronze 11-Piece Set, including 1.5 and 3 Quart Covered Saucepans, 8 Quart Covered Stockpot, 8-inch and 10-inch Open Skillets, 12-inch Shallow Grill Pan, 3 Quart Covered Saute Pan; (iii) Anolon Bronze 5-Piece Bakeware Set, including a 14×16-inch Cookie Pan, two 9-inch Round Cake Pans, two 9-inch Square Cake Pan, and an 11×14-inch Cooling Rack; and iv) gift box containing C&H® Sugar products. ARV of each Prize Pack is $475.
Every Grand Prize Winner will also receive (1) one Appliance Bonus. There are three (3) possible Appliance Bonuses to be won: (i) the Washer/Dryer Bonus; (ii) the Refrigerator Bonus; or (iii) the Range Bonus. The Washer/Dryer Bonus consists of a Whirlpool 3.8 cu ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer with matching 7.4 cu ft. Dryer. (ARV $1179.98) The Refrigerator Bonus consists of a Whirlpool Bottom-Mount Single Swing Door Refrigerator. (ARV $ 1199.99) The Range Bonus consists of Whirlpool Self Clean 4.8 cu ft. capacity range. (ARV $ $599.99) Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines which Appliance Bonus each Grand Prize Winner receives. Every Grand Prize Winner will receive one Appliance Bonus.
Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize depends on the Appliance Bonus you receive. There are three possibilities: (i) Grand Prize with Washer/Dryer Bonus ARV $6,182.00; (ii) Refrigerator Bonus ARV $6,200; or (iii) Grand Prize with Range Bonus ARV $5,582. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes combined is $17,964.
