PRIZES AND ODDS:
One (1) Grand Prize: a 4 day/3 night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Glendale, Arizona, including round-trip, coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to a major commercial airport near Phoenix, Arizona; 3-nights’ accommodations (one (1) room; double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor; two admission (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIX (the “Football Game”) scheduled to be held on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, AZ at the University of Phoenix Stadium; ground transportation to/from airport/hotel; and $800 spending money (awarded as a check made payable to winner). (Grand Prize Terms and Restrictions: If Grand Prize winner resides within 250 miles of Glendale, AZ, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation for winner and his/her guest.) Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, diversion, substitution, act or omission by air carriers or other transportation companies.
