7. Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of Winning – (11 total winners):

First Prize (10 winners): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Fashion Queen Makeup Collection containing items such as nine (9) shades of In a New York Minute Nail Polish and two (2) shades of Individual Eyes Custom Compact (specific items included in collection to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of each First Prize: $30.00.
Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend Fall Fashion Week (“Trip”). Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a New York area airport (as determined by Sponsor); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a New York area hotel (as determined by Sponsor); roundtrip ground transportation between New York area airport and hotel: two (2) tickets to one (1) Fall Fashion Week show (specific show to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and dinner for two (2) at a New York City restaurant of Grand Prize winner’s choice at a maximum value of $250.00.
