1. PRIZES AND RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS:  Up to one thousand and twenty one (1,021) Sweepstakes winners (the “Winners”) may be selected in electronic, randomized drawings, on or about, the next business day after each prizing Tier is reached. “Prizing Tiers” are reached when the stated number of people required for that Prizing Tier have entered the Sweepstakes. The number of people who enter the Sweepstakes is cumulative. Once the Prizing Tier is reached, the prizes associated with that Tier will be awarded. Specifically,  the prizes for Tier 1 will be awarded once two thousand (2,000) people have entered the Sweepstakes, the prizes for Tier 2 will be awarded once four thousand (4,000) people have entered the Sweepstakes, prizing for Tier 3 will be awarded once  ten thousand (10,000) people have entered the Sweepstakes, prizing for Tier 4 will be awarded once  twenty thousand (20,000) people have entered the Sweepstakes , and the Tier 5 prize will be awarded once  twenty five thousand (25,000) people have entered the Sweepstakes . If the number of people needed for a prizing Tier is not met, the prizes associated with that Tier will not be awarded.  Realtime Media, an independent judging organization, will conduct the random drawings for each Tier’s prizes from all eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.  Your entries are cumulative meaning that if you are not awarded a Tier 1 Prize, for example, your entries will be included the drawings for the other Prizing Tiers (if reached). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.
   • Tier 1 Prizes: Five hundred (500) Tier 1 Prizes may be awarded. Each Tier 1 Prize will consist of a $25.00 Rue La La account credit (the “Account Credit”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Tier 1 Prize is $ 25.00.
   • Tier 2 Prizes: Three hundred (300) Tier 2 Prizes may be awarded. Each Tier 2 Prize will consist of a $50.00 Rue La La Account Credit.  The ARV of each Tier 2 Prize is $50.00.
   • Tier 3 Prizes: Two hundred (200) Tier 3 Prizes may be awarded. Each Tier 3 Prize will consist of a $75.00 Rue La La Account Credit.  The ARV of each Tier 3 Prize is $75.00.
   • Tier 4 Prizes: Twenty (20) Tier 4 Prizes may be awarded. Each Tier 4 Prize will consist of a $200.00 Rue La La Account Credit.  The ARV of each Tier 4 Prize is $200.00.
   • Tier 5 Prize: One (1) Tier 5 Prize may be awarded. The Tier 5 Prize is an Ultimate Holiday Weekend in NYC for the Winner and one (1) guest consisting of:
     • A two night stay at the Quin hotel for winner and one (1) guest;
     • Roundtrip airfare* (up to $1,000 and subject to the Prize Terms and Conditions below);
     • A $250 gift card to The Palm restaurant (subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the gift card itself);

     • And One (1) $500.00 Rue La La Account Credit
