PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND ODDS OF WINNING:

1. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000 StubHub® gift certificate (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $5,000. No more than one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be awarded.
2. Game First Prizes (110 Total): Each Game First Prize winner will receive a Coors Light chrome cooler with speakers (“Game First Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Game First Prize is $299. The total ARV of all Game First Prizes is $32,890. No more than one hundred and ten (110) Game First Prizes will be awarded.
3. Game Second Prizes (44 Total): Each Game Second Prize winner will receive a set of Coors Light Silver Stadium Seats (“Game Second Prize”). The ARV of each Game Second Prize is $295. The total ARV of all Game Second Prizes is $12,980. No more than forty four (44) Game Second Prizes will be awarded.
4. Game Third Prizes (154 Total): Each Game Third Prize winner will receive a $100 StubHub® gift certificate (“Game Third Prize”). The ARV of each Game Third Prize is $100. The total ARV of all Game Third Prizes is $15,400. No more than one hundred and fifty four (154) Game Third Prizes will be awarded.
5. Entry Period 1 Prize (1): One (1) Entry Period 1 prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) people – the Entry Period 1 prize winner and three (3) adult guests – to attend the Colorado State University vs. University of Colorado football game (“Entry Period 1 Prize”). The ARV of the Entry Period 5 Prize is $7,805.

No more than one (1) Entry Period 5 Prize will be awarded.

J. General Conditions on Prizes: In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Each winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age to participate in a prize. Prize-related travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. Each winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary including the same departure date and return date. Each winner and guest is responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued photo identification. Winners will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, transportation, lodging, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding any prizes for any reason. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The actual value of a prize may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. If a winner of a trip prize resides within a 250-mile radius of the destination city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation will be provided for any difference in prize value. Each winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein,

including airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in the prize. Travel must be booked at least fourteen (14) days in advance, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner’s guest must sign and return a travel liability release before travel will be booked. Sponsor is not responsible if prize element is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. A winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for prize elements that a winner is unable to use for any reason.

Each StubHub gift certificate is subject to the terms and conditions set forth at http://www.stubhub.com/gift-certificates/ and printed thereon, which shall govern the use of the gift card. The use of a StubHub gift certificate constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so winners should read the terms and conditions on the StubHub gift certificate carefully. Winners must protect the StubHub gift certificate and treat the StubHub gift certificated as they would any other valuable document. Each StubHub gift certificate will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Each StubHub gift certificate will not be replaced or replenished if it lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without a winner’s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.

The use of a pre-paid gift card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so winners should read the terms and conditions on the pre-paid gift card carefully. Each winner must protect the pre-paid gift card and treat the pre-paid gift card as they would any other valuable document. Each pre-paid gift card will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Each pre-paid gift card will not be replaced or replenished if it lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without a winner’s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.

If a winner elects to participate in a prize with fewer than the allotted number of guests or no guests, no additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of a prize is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of a prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to any winner and/or guest aside from providing the remaining portion of the prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. Winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that a winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Each winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. In the event any winner or guest is denied entry into any event or is removed or barred from any ticketed event location for any other reason, the Sponsor is not responsible and no further compensation or award will be provided. Each winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for any prize won.

Limit one (1) Game prize and one (1) Entry Period prize/Sweepstakes Grand Prize per person/household during the entire Promotion Period.
