A total of up to 20,000 prizes are available to be won during the Sweepstakes period, with a total of 5,000 prizes available to be won during the first Drawing; a total of 5,000 prizes plus any unawarded prizes from the first Drawing available to be won during the second Drawing; a total of 5,000 prizes plus any unawarded prizes from the second Drawing available to be won during the third Drawing; and a total of 5,000 prizes plus any unawarded prizes from the third Drawing available to be won during the fourth Drawing. Unawarded prizes at the conclusion of the fourth Drawing will not be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) eos™ 1.5 fl. oz. hand lotion with an estimated retail value of $4.00. All taxes associated with receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received by each Drawing Date. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable, and no substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of prize for any reason.
