ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA, on Sponsor-selected dates expected to be in June/July, 2014, consisting of the following elements for the Group:
[1]hotel accommodations (one standard room/dual occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights at a hotel in Burbank selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion;
[2] a style consultation with Jeannie Mai;
[3] round trip transportation to and from location of style consultation via private sedan;
[4] a $500 Walmart Gift Card (for winner only) to use towards new outfits and makeup;
[5] a $750 spending allowance (for winner only) to be used towards meals and incidentals;
[6] a wardrobe allowance of $500 spent on items at Jeannie Mai’s discretion;
[7] a manicure/pedicure (for winner only) at a local nail salon which is walking distance from the hotel;
[8] hair salon services (for winner only) including a haircut, shampoo, style, blow-out and make-up application at a local salon;
[9] taxi allowance (awarded via check) to use towards transportation to and from the hair salon;
[10] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel, and
[11] airport/hotel transfers.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,550. Winner must book the trip at least 45 days before travel and must complete the Trip on Sponsor-selected dates on or about June/July, 2014, or Trip will be forfeited in its entirety.
TWO HUNDRED (200) FIRST PRIZES: one (1) Walmart® Gift Card worth $25. ARV of First Prizes: $5,000.
