GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: Everyone who plays the Instant-Win Game with a valid Code will be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive a room makeover featuring a Hot Wheels® theme for a value not to exceed $5,500 by a Hot Wheels® Designer.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a winner’s room makeover must begin within six (6) months from the date the Grand Prize winner is confirmed and notified. Grand Prize winner’s room makeover should be completed within one (1) year from the date the Grand Prize winner is confirmed and notified. If the Grand Prize winner’s room makeover is not completed within one (1) year from the date the Grand Prize winner is confirmed and notified due to Grand Prize winner’s inability to agree on a date and time with the Designer or any other issue concerned with the completion of the room makeover, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,500.00.
