After registering, you may upload one (1) photo of you and your future spouse/partner, referred to as your “Submission”, to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Once you have uploaded a photo, you may not edit the photo or replace the photo with another photo. By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions (as defined below) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Upon approval, your Submission will be posted in the gallery on the Sweepstakes application and the Website. If your Submission receives votes, you will receive additional entries into the Grand Prize drawing. For each vote your Submission receives, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing. An individual may vote one (1) time per day/per entry during the Promotion Period. Automated methods of voting, voting by proxy and any fraudulent method of voting is prohibited and may result in disqualification of any entries received in connection with such votes, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) entry per person into the Grand Prize drawing for uploading a Submission, and one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing per day for votes received.
Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize Drawing winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around April 16, 2014. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.
Grand Prize Drawing Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive each prize from Tier 1, 2, and 4 and the Tier 3 1st Prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $103,804.
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: Winner will receive the prizes from tiers 1 and 2, and the Tier 3 2nd Prize. ARV: $6,009.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: Winner will receive the prize from tiers 1 and 2, and the Tier 3 3rd Prize. ARV: $6,009.
ONE (1) THIRD PRIZE: Winner will receive the prizes from Tiers 1 and 2, and the Tier 3 4th Prize. ARV: $6,009.
ONE (1) FOURTH PRIZE: Winner will receive the prizes from Tiers 1 and 2, and the Tier 3 5th Prize. ARV: $6,009.
TWENTY (20) FIFTH PRIZES: Winners will receive the prizes from Tiers 1 and 2. ARV: $809 each.

Honeymoon Trip Details: A trip for two (2) to a resort located in the Dominican Republic. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless spouse/domestic partner of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and of legal age of majority as of the date of departure, or have the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
