ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may also choose to enter the Sweepstakes without purchasing a movie ticket or tickets by sending an email with the subject line “Fandango’s Avengers: Age of Ultron Sweepstakes” to marketing@fandango.com, with your name, email address, state of residence, and date of birth (“Email Entry”). You will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes for each Email Entry submitted.
Limit of ten (10) Entries into this Sweepstakes in total per person, per email address and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry (or combination thereof). Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than ten (10) Entries into this Sweepstakes will result in such entrant being disqualified.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize shall consist of a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Los Angeles, California, or such other southern California city as designated by Prize Provider for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests to attend the premiere of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” currently tentatively scheduled for April 14, 2015 (or such other date as solely selected by Prize Provider) and visit a local amusement park (as selected by Prize Provider). Trip includes:
(i) round trip coach air travel for four (4) on airline of Prize Provider’s choice from a major airport near winner’s home and in Prize Provider’s sole discretion, to a major airport near Los Angeles, CA (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of four round trip coach air travel tickets: $2,600.00);
(ii) one (1) standard, quad occupancy hotel room accommodations (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for three nights: $675.00);
(iii) a rental car for four (4) days to be used as ground transportation while on the Trip (ARV: $200);
(iv) access for four (4) to the Premiere (ARV: not applicable); and
(v) four (4) tickets to a local amusement park as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to restrictions to be used during the Trip (ARV of the four (4) tickets: $620.00).
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,095.00. Grand Prize Winner and Guest(s) must be able to travel to LA to attend the Premiere on April 14, 2015. All Grand Prize elements must be used in one trip. If winner’s residence is within 250 miles from the Premiere, as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion, winner is responsible for their own transportation to and from the Trip location and no air travel or rental car will be provided.
First Place Prizes : Ten (10) First Place Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, one (1) to each First Prize Winner. Each First Place Prize shall consist of: one (1) Fandango Gift Card worth up to twenty-five dollars and zero cents ($25.00 USD) good toward the purchase of movie tickets onwww.Fandango.co
Second Place Prizes : Seventy (70) Second Place Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, one (1) to each Second Prize Winner. Each Second Place Prize shall consist of: one (1) Avengers: Age of Ultron movie poster (ARV $9.00 USD). Total ARV of all Second Place Prizes: $630.00 USD).
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES: four thousand nine hundred seventy-five dollars and zero cents ($4,975.00 USD).
