Thirty-six (36) First Prize Sweepstakes Winners will be selected from all eligible Participants on or about April 18, 2014. One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn from each day’s entries during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Sweepstakes First Prize: Thirty-six (36) First Prize Sweepstakes Winners each will receive a Sperry Top-Sider Shoe Gift Card for one (1) pair of Adult shoes of up to a value of $180.00 (subject to availability). Total Sweepstakes First Prize ARV is $6,480.00.

Contest Entry Method: A consumer will be deemed a Participant in the Questionnaire Contest if eligible and enters the Contest by going to Sponsor’s Website (www.sperrytopsider.com/journeys) and registers a complete name, mailing address, telephone number (to be used for winner contact only) email address and date of birth. Upon completion of the registration you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes drawing. To continue the Contest entry, follow the prompts to respond to the question “If you were stranded on a desert island, what five (5) items would you want with you?” This one (1) question requires five (5) responses. One hundred fifty (150) characters per response are allowed. Be creative! Showcase your answers so they are original, practical, interesting and entertaining.

LIMIT: Each Participant may enter only up to a limit of three (3) Contest Submissions during the Contest Entry Period.

CONTEST JUDGING CRITERIA: The Contest Submission is a skill-based contest, and chance plays no part in the determination of the Grand Prize Finalist. Sponsor will judge all entries to determine One (1) Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification of eligibility and based on: (i) Originality and Creativity of items chosen (35%); (ii) Your ability to convey the reason for including each item (35%); (iii) Overall impact/appeal defined as: Is the description for an item interesting and/or entertaining? (30%).

Contest Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Contest Winner will receive a $5000.00 travel credit to be used with the travel agency designated by Sponsor for the booking of the ultimate vacation. A fifty percent (50%) cash option of a $2,500,00 American Express Gift Card will be offered in lieu of the vacation prize. The Total Contest Grand Prize Pool Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $5,000.00 USD.

Vacation Prize must be completed by December 31, 2014 or prize will be forfeited. The total value of the airfare, hotel accommodations, and agreed to vacation extras cannot exceed $5,000.00 USD.

Total Prize Contest and Sweepstakes Pool ARV is $11,480.00 USD.
