On or about August 20, 2015, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select the potential winning Entries from among all eligible Entries entered during the Promotion. There will be a total of one thousand (1,000) First Prizes and one (1) Grand Prizes awarded for the entire Promotion.
Each First Prize is a prize package containing the following items: Quaker items and one (1) foam football. ARV of each First Prize is $8.28 each. ARV of all First Prizes is $8,280.
Grand Prize is a call with Emmitt Smith and four (4) tickets to a 2015-2016 NFL regular season football game. The call with Emmitt Smith will take place on or before September 15, 2015. In addition to the Tickets, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a stipend of $1,000 to cover travel expenses, lodging, food and other costs associated with the Grand Prize. ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,000. Sponsor will select the Game, in its sole and absolute discretion, based in part on the Grand Prize winner’s location. Except for the stipend, the Sponsor will have no other responsibility for travel, parking, lodging and any other costs and expenses.
ARV of all prizes in this Promotion is $11,280.
