Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to New York City, NY. Trip
package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near
winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, NY; two (2) nights’
accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double
occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel and to and from hotel
and movie premiere; a $500 Target GiftCard® (Terms and conditions apply to gift cards. Gift
cards may be redeemed at any Target retail location or at Target.com. Gift cards can only be
used for future purchases at Target retail locations or for online purchases at Target.com but
CANNOT be used to pay already established credit balances); two (2) tickets to the Annie movie
premiere; and travel agent services. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in
its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make
reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner Trip must be booked at least
twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability
and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary
in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or
delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes,
and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket
contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description
above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities,
passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the
responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18)
years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate
parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the
winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s
parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to
issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the
judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground
transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will
not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not
responsible if event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion
of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,800. Actual value may vary based on airfare
fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference
between actual and approximate retail value. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend
on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Instant Win Game Prizes: TWO THOUSAND (2,000) FIRST PRIZES: Two (2) tickets to see
Annie will be awarded as a Fandango code. ARV: $25. Fandango Promotional code is good
towards 2 tickets, up to $12.50 in value per ticket ($25 total value) to see Annie only. Code is
good for one-time use only and expires on 2/28/2015 or sooner if the film is no longer in theaters.
Both tickets must be purchased together in the same transaction for the same show time. Only
valid for purchases made at www.fandango.com or via the Fandango app for Fandango partner
theaters in the U.S. and cannot be redeemed directly at any Fandango partner theater box office.
Fandango codes may be used for any showing including those designated by the theater as no
coupons /no passes. Code has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offers or
promotions, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and is not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If
movie tickets with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the
Fandango code, customer must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie tickets
purchased and maximum value of the Fandango code will not be refunded. Fandango is not a
sponsor or co-sponsor of this promotion. The redemption of Fandango code is subject to
Fandango’s terms and conditions at www.fandango.com/termsofuse.aspx and
www.fandango.com/PurchasePolicy.aspx. Sponsor Parties and Administrator are not
responsible for complaints or issues regarding codes (claims that code is invalid, insufficient, etc.)
and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the code. Odds of winning an
Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of Instant Win prizes available divided by the
number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
For All Prizes: The Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for
any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating and timing to be determined in
the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to Sponsor’s standard rain-check policies
and procedures. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and
restrictions provided by the ticket. The Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on
day of event. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be
made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become
unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize
receipt and/or use. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $54,800.
