Online Entry: To enter online, visit www.MalibuDreamGetaway.com and complete the Official Online Registration form by entering all of the required information and following all posted instructions. Depending on the date of your entry, you will be required to submit the applicable “Word of the Day” that appeared on the Program. If the Program did not feature a “Word of the Day”, you may enter by typing “None” in the appropriate field of the entry form. If selected as a Prize winner, Sponsor will send an email to Entrant with a URL to a special Sweepstakes website. The site will provide Entrant with instructions on how to claim a prize (subject to Sponsor’s verification process).

(ii) Text Entry: To enter via SMS text messaging, Entrant will be required to submit the applicable “Word of the Day” that appeared on the Program to 79922. Entrant will be required to follow any on-screen instructions to complete the entry. If selected as a Prize winner, Sponsor will send a text message to Entrant with a URL to a special Sweepstakes website. The site will provide Entrant with instructions on how to claim a prize (subject to Sponsor’s verification process).

LIMIT: Entries are accepted on weekdays only during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) online entry or text message entry per Entrant per day onweekdays only during the Sweepstakes Period.

National Grand Prize: One (1) National Grand Prize awarded. National Grand Prize winner will receive a two and a half (2.5) day, two (2) night trip for winner and up to one (1) guest to Malibu, California. Trip will include:
• round trip coach class air transportation for National Grand Prize winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near National Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA and
• two (2) nights accommodation (with such accommodations as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) in the greater Malibu area.
• National Grand Prize winner will also receive Omaha Steaks gift cards in the total amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the National Grand Prize is Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00). Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval. Trip is valid from June 15, 2015, through and until June 15, 2016. Trip must be completed on or before June 15, 2016, or Prize will be forfeited. A

Local Grand Prizes: Nineteen (19) Local Grand Prizes awarded to Entrants who are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the Eligible Tribune Markets. Each Local Grand Prize shall consist of one (1) $250 Omaha Steaks gift card. ARV of each Local Grand Prize: Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Runner Up Prizes: Fifteen (15) Runner Up Prizes awarded. Each Runner Up Prize shall consist of one (1) DVD set (seasons 1 through 10) of “Two and a Half Men” and one (1) $25 Omaha Steaks gift card. ARV of each Runner Up Prize: Two Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars ($275.00).

ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $17,375.00.
