HOW TO ENTER PHASE 1 SWEEPSTAKES: During Phase 1, upon completion of the registration form, an entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Phase 1Sweepstakes. Everyday thereafter, during Phase 1, an entrant must visit the Website and submit his/her valid e-mail address to obtain one (1) additional entry into the Phase 1 Sweepstakes. Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit one (1) Phase 1 Sweepstakes entry per day during Phase 1.

HOW TO ENTER PHASE 2 INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES:

How to Play the Phase 2 Instant Win Game: During Phase 2, after registering for the Promotion (or if already registered), the entrant must follow the on-screen instructions to obtain one (1) Instant Win Game play (a “Game Play”). Each day when an entrant logs on to the Website after registering, he or she must enter his/her e-mail address provided during registration to receive another Game Play. After an entrant completes a Game Play, he/she will receive a win or lose message. Limit one (1) Game Play per entrant per day during Phase 2. In the event that a household enters Phase 2 of the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion) may be disqualified.

How to Enter the Phase 2 Sweepstakes: After completing a Game Play, the entrant will automatically receive one (1) Phase 2 Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) Phase 2 Sweepstakes entry per entrant per day during Phase 2, except Phase 2 Sweepstakes bonus entries, as set forth below.

How to obtain Phase 2 Sweepstakes bonus entries: After completing a Game Play, the entrant may follow the on-screen prompts to participate in the “In Search of the Muppets” game for the opportunity to obtain Phase 2 Sweepstakes bonus entries. At the Muppet Scavenger Hunt, the entrant must select three (3) cities from the Sponsor-provided list where he/she thinks the Muppets are located. The entrant will receive one (1) Bonus Entry for each Muppet successfully located. Limit of up to three (3) Bonus Entries per day and a total of up to eight (8) Bonus Entries during the entire Phase 2.

HOW TO ENTER PHASE 3 INSTANT WIN GAME: During Phase 3, after registering for the Promotion (or if already registered), the entrant must submit, where prompted, a “Game Code” displayed during the “QVC Celebrates Muppets Most Wanted” broadcast on QVC, follow the on-screen instructions to obtain one (1) Game Play. Three (3) Game Codes will be displayed on-screen during the following times of the “QVC Celebrates Muppets Most Wanted” broadcast on QVC on March 16, 2014: Code 1 between 12:50 PM ET and 1:00 PM ET; Code 2 between 4:30 PM ET and 4:40 PM ET; and Code 3 between 7:00 PM ET and 7:10 PM ET. After an entrant completes a Game Play, he/she will receive a win or lose message. Limit one (1) Game Play per Game Code per entrant during Phase 3, for a total of up to three (3) Game Plays per entrant during Phase 3. In the event that a household enters Phase 3 of the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion) may be disqualified.

PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2 SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTION: On or about March 4, 2014, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Phase 1 Sweepstakes prize winner from among all eligible Phase 1 Sweepstakes entries received during Phase 1. On or about March 18, 2014, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Phase 2 Sweepstakes prize winner from among all eligible Phase 2 Sweepstakes entries received during Phase 2.

PRIZES:

Phase 1: Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize (1): One (1) Phase 1 Sweepstakes prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people – the Phase 1 Sweepstakes prize winner and one (1) “Guest” of his/her choosing – to the Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted movie premiere in Los Angeles, California scheduled to occur on or about March 11, 2014 (“Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize”). The Grand Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner and Guest between the major commercial airport closest to Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Los Angeles, California; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; airport transfers while in Los Angeles, California; admission for two (2) people – the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner and Guest – to the Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted movie premiere at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, California; a photo opportunity for Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner with select Muppet characters at the movie premiere, characters selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and subject to availability; a Walt Disney Studios Lot Tour for Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner and Guest; ground transportation between the hotel and studio tour only; a Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted prize package, comprised of items selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and valued at $110.00; $400 per diem, awarded in the form of a $1,200 check made payable to the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner; and $1,242 to help offset, but not completely eliminate, tax obligation, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner. Travel must be taken on March 10, 2014 through March 12, 2014 (or dates determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) or the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited. ARV of the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize is $7,452.

Phase 2: Phase 2 Sweepstakes Prize (1): One (1) Phase 2 Sweepstakes prize winner will receive a Miss Piggy “Haute Tote” Red Carpet Gift Bag with an Apple® iPad Air™ & Bose® Sound System (specifications to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Phase 2 Sweepstakes Prize”). ARV of the Phase 2 Sweepstakes Prize is $3,218.

Phase 2 Instant Prizes: The following instant prizes will be made available during Phase 2 of this Promotion, in accordance with the following schedule:

Total ARV of all prizes available in Phase 2 is $9,638.28. Limit one (1) Phase 2 Instant Prize per person and per household. An entrant/household may win both a Phase 2 Instant Prize and the Phase 2 Sweepstakes prize.
