You must upload a photograph of your best Halloween celebration and fully complete the registration, including your first and last name, date of birth, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, and daytime telephone number, including area code. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply. 

Grand Prizes: Six (6) grand prizes will be awarded. Grand prize includes coach airfare for two (2) to New Orleans, LA, from the gateway airport nearest winner’s residence between 11/21/14 and 11/23/14, hotel accommodations for two (2)— one (1) room, double occupancy—for two (2) nights, and $300 spending money. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each grand prize: $2,820. ARV of all grand prizes: $16,920.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. All travel must completed by date specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited. Once travel is booked, any penalties incurred as a result of changes to flights are the sole responsibility of winner. All expenses and travel costs incurred as a result of seeking or winning a prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Any expense or cost not expressly stated in the description of the prize above, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner’s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as winner. Travel must be round-trip. Winners and guests are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documents and travel insurance. Winners and guests must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of tickets. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates.
