CONTEST WINNER DETERMINATION:
Phase 1 (Initial Voting): From April 15, 2014 through June 10, 2014, individuals who are residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., thirteen (13) years of age and older can visit the Website and vote for their favorite Submissions. Accepted Submissions will appear on the Website and will be eligible to receive votes within seventy-two (72) hours of being entered into the contest.
Phase 2 (Finalist Selection): From June 11, 2014, through June 30, 2014 all eligible Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria: Relevance to Contest Theme (30%); Creativity (30%); Originality (30%); and the Consumer Vote (10%). The ten (10) entrants with the highest scoring Submissions will be deemed the Finalists. In the event of a tie, the entrant with the highest “Creativity” score will be deemed the Finalist. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than ten (10) Finalists if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.
Phase 3 (Finalist Submission): From July 1, 2014 through July 14, 2014, the Finalists will be contacted and each will be sent a camcorder Finalist Prize. Each Finalist will then be required to use the Finalist Prize to create a short video (“Video”) that describes how he/she experiences the sport of soccer. The Video must be between thirty (30) seconds and two (2) minutes in length and must be submitted as directed by July 14, 2014.
Phase 4 (Finalist Voting): From July 16, 2014 through July 31, 2014, individuals who are residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., thirteen (13) years of age and older can visit the Website and vote for their favorite Video. The Finalist whose Video receives the most votes will be deemed the Grand Prize winner; the remaining Finalists will be deemed First Prize winners. In the event of a tie, the Finalist whose Submission received the highest score from the judges during the Finalist Selection Phase will be deemed the Grand Prize winner.
Prizes:
CONTEST: One (1) Grand Prize: (i) Sponsor will host a soccer game experience event in the Grand Prize winner’s community (Grand Prize winner will be contacted by Sponsor to coordinate the event), (ii) opportunity for the Grand Prize winner to be the MVP at that event (all details of MVP experience to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (iii) transportation to and from the event, (iv) an autographed jersey (autograph determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (v) $10,000 in spending cash, and (vi) $5,500 to cover taxes. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $24,000.
Nine (9) First Prizes: $10,000 cash. Prize to be awarded in the form of a check.
Ten (10) Finalist Prizes: In addition to the prizes set forth above, each Finalist will receive a camcorder. Each ARV: $200.
INSTANT WIN GAME:
One Thousand (1,000) Second Prizes: A “Soccer in box” kit containing (i) a commemorative soccer ball, (ii) goals, and (iii) Mondelēz Snacks. Each ARV: $100.
Five hundred (500) Third Prizes: A commemorative soccer ball. ARV: $75.
