Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification, will receive a “Grand Prize” consisting solely of: One trip (1) for two (2) (the Grand Prize Winner and his/her “Guest”) to attend The Amazing Spider-Man 2 premiere currently scheduled to be held in New York City on Thursday, April 24, 2014, including a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to New York City, New York, currently scheduled for April 23rd through April 26th, 2014. Grand Prize Trip will include:
– roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest from the gateway airport serviced by Delta Air Lines closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in or near New York City, New York (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– four (4) day/three (3) night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) at a designated Delta Vacations hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
– two (2) tickets to attend the Premiere;
– round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel, and to and from the Premiere event location; and
– a $100 per diem awarded as $400 in Visa Gift Card(s) or to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion;
– fifty-two (52) Redbox promotion codes each valid for a one (1) night standard definition DVD rental.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,652.40. Winner must travel from a Sponsor-selected airport near the winner’s residence within the United States on Sponsor-selected dates or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate randomly selected winner chosen.

Sweepstakes Second Place Winners: Sixty (60) winners (“Second Place Winners”), subject to verification, will each receive the “Second Prize” which consists solely of fifty-two (52) Redbox promotional codes, valid for a one (1) night standard definition DVD rental each. ARV of each Second Prize: $62.40.

Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $3,744.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL RANDOM-DRAWING PRIZES: $6396.40

Instant Win Rewards: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals who successfully complete the Instant Win Activity as described above, will each earn one (1) movie night promotional codes valid for a one- (1-) night standard definition DVD rental (ARV: $1.20). There is a limit of six (6) Instant Win Rewards per person.
