TRIP PRIZE: Four (4) Trip Prize Winners will each receive the following: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the Race, at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) per Trip Prize Winner. Each trip prize shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Trip Prize Winner’s residence to Des Moines, IA (both airports selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest, however, if Trip Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of Newton, IA, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (ii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsor) for Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights; (iii) two (2) tickets to the 2014 NASCAR Nationwide Series Race in Iowa on August 2, 2014; (iv) access to the pre-race Driver/Crew Chief meeting; (v) NASCAR Nationwide Series™ VIP access (subject to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR and subject to NASCAR’s sole discretion) for Trip Prize Winner and his/her guest; (vi) round-trip ground transportation for Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport, the hotel, and the Race location; and (vii) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending money awarded as a check made payable to each Trip Prize Winner (collectively, the “Trip Prize”). Trip may only be taken the weekend of August 2, 2014. Trip Prize Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, baggage fees, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trips. Trip Prize Winners and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest of each Trip Prize Winner must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release before any travel arrangements may be made. Trip Prize Winners and their guests may be required to sign additional documentation at the Race according to the policies of NASCAR® and/or the Iowa Speedway, in order to access the drivers meeting and/or VIP areas. Guests must be age 21 or older.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), made payable to the Grand Prize Winner only, at an AMV of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000US). Check will be shipped to the winner via courier at the address provided in the confirmation within 4 to 6 weeks following the Race.
THE TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES (5 PRIZES TOTAL): One Hundred Twelve Thousand Dollars ($112,000). Each Trip Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner are, collectively, the “Winners.” No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prizes of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of all local, state and federal taxes that may arise as a result of winning a prize.
