In addition to the foregoing, each prize which is a gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth above and set forth thereon which shall govern the use of the gift card. The use of a gift card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions above and on such gift card, so winners should read the terms and conditions on the gift card carefully. Winners must protect the gift card and treat the gift card as they would any other valuable document. No gift card will be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. No gift card will be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without a winner’s permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.

B. Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) adult “Guest” of his/her choosing – to the Sandals® Royal Bahamian all-inclusive resort (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between the major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Nassau, Bahamas; four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations in a Deluxe Room (double occupancy); airport transfers while in Nassau; and $500 for incidentals, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $5,500, depending on the city of departure and fluctuations in airfare charges and hotel rooms. Any difference between the actual value of the Grand Prize and the stated ARV (if less than the actual value) will not be awarded. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person/household.

All travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2014 or Grand Prize will be forfeited.

All Grand Prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor’s authorized designee. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the possession of the Grand Prize Winner or Guest. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier.

All costs and expenses not specifically included herein are solely the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest are each solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents (including government-issued passports). The Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must be able to freely travel internationally and be able to return to the United States unimpeded. The Grand Prize Winner hereby acknowledges that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the Prize. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to arrive at the designated gateway airport in time for each flight that is part of the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal incidentals, amenities, and any other fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. Any damage to the room attributed to the Grand Prize Winner or Guest will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of the Grand Prize is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the Grand Prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to the Grand Prize Winner aside from providing the travel portion of the Grand Prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail.

C. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion is $22,861.92.
