Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person.
Instant Win Game Prizes: Each confirmed winner of the Instant Win Game will receive a reward code that will allow the winner to claim a $25 Quantum Rewards eGift Card for a participating merchant. Winners will be directed to an activation website where they will use the provided reward code to claim their eGift Card. Reward codes for a total of twenty thousand (20,000) $25 Quantum Rewards eGift Cards will be awarded. From November 15, 2013 through November 21, 2013, eight thousand (8,000) of the $25 Quantum Rewards eGift Cards will be awarded and from November 22, 2013 through December 22, 2013, twelve (12,000) of the $25 Quantum Rewards eGift Cards will be awarded. The reward codes will expire on February 28, 2014 so eGift Cards must be claimed by this date. The eGift Cards do not expire and are redeemable with a participating merchant. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the eGift Card issuer and the participating merchant. ARV: $25. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of Instant Win prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: Ten (10) Instant Win Game prizes per person.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding codes (claims that code is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the code. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non- transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
