One (1) potential winner will be selected for each Weekly Entry Period (for a total of four (4) potential winners) in a random drawing held within approximately seventy two (72) hours following the end of each applicable Weekly Entry Period from all eligible entries received for that drawing. Non-winning entries from one Weekly Entry Period drawing will NOT carry over into subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings.
Weekly ENTRY PERIOD 1 Prize (1): A Bowflex home gym. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $550.
Weekly ENTRY PERIOD 2 Prize (1): A $250 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card. ARV of prize: $250.
Weekly ENTRY PERIOD 3 Prize (1): $500 awarded in the form of a check which may be used to hire a personal trainer. ARV of prize: $500.
Weekly ENTRY PERIOD 4 Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Miraval Resort in Tucson, AZ. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by sponsor) to destination for winner and one (1) guest, and five (5) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at Miraval Resort ARV of prize: $5,000. Travel must be completed by 5/1/15 or prize will be forfeited and sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. If a winner resides within a 100 mile radius of destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
