Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and up to two (2) guests to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, FL, from November 16, 2014 – November 19, 2014. Prize includes access for up to three (3) people to see a taping of a limited musical performance by One Direction on the TODAY Show taking place at Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, FL, on Monday, November 17, 2014; roundtrip air transportation (coach) for up to three (3) people from a major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest the winner’s home to Orlando, FL; non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida for up to three (3) people; hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to three (3) people in a maximum of one (1) room at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or another on-site hotel of Universal’s choosing) for four (4) consecutive days and three (3) nights; 3 Day Park-to-Park Tickets for up to three (3) people for admission to both Universal Studios Florida® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure® theme parks. If winner is unable to travel on the specified dates specified by Universal and Sponsor (currently anticipated to be November 16, 2014 – November 19, 2014) to coincide with the TODAY show taping the prize will be forfeited and no other compensation will be provided. For a winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal in its sole discretion. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, baggage fees, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. If winner is deemed to be a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the necessary affidavit and release and, must accompany winner on the trip. If winner is deemed to be of legal age under the jurisdiction of his/her residence, travel companion(s) must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by the minor’s or winner’s parent/legal guardian. Someone within the traveling party must be at least 21 years of age in order to check-in to the on-site hotel. Travel companions (or parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to departure. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel at the same time and on the same itinerary. Fair Market Value (FMV) of the prize is $3,217.97
