Total ARV: The total ARV of all Instant Prizes is $78,450.00.
Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes (5 Per Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period, 50 For the Entire Promotion Period): Each Periodic Sweepstakes Winner will receive one (1) $250.00 Banana Boat Reward Visa Prepaid Card with an ARV of $250.00 that is valid wherever Visa debit cards are accepted and $127.00 worth of items for outdoor fun (e.g., jump rope, inflatable pool, sidewalk chalk). Total ARV of each Periodic Sweepstakes Prize is $377.
Total ARV of all Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes is $18,850.00.
Grand Prize (1 For the Entire Promotion Period): Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4), (the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests of his/her choosing), to a treehouse resort in Oregon. Trip includes:
– roundtrip coach class air transportation for up to four (4) people between the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the city nearest the Resort;
– five (5) days and four (4) nights hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy);
– travel cash in an amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700) to be determined in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner to be used for travel expenses and tax obligations;
– ground transportation to and from the airport and the Resort.
ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $8,600.00. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests must travel on dates as determined by the Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. All travel arrangements must be reserved and scheduled by December 31, 2014 and completed by the end of 2015 or the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles from the chosen Resort, the Sponsor will not be responsible for travel expenses.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS PROMOTION IS $105,900.00. The most that any individual may win in this Promotion is one (1) Instant Prize, one (1) Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period Prize and the Grand Prize.
