Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The “Sweepstakes Grand Prize” consists of a five (5) day/four (4) night vacation package for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and up to fourteen (14) “Guests” or “Travel Companions”, to the Walt Disney World® Resort. Guests are encouraged to be members and supporters of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s team. Trip will include:
[1] roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and up to fourteen (14) Guests between the major commercial airport closest to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport (if the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner lives within 250 miles of a Walt Disney World® Resort airfare and roundtrip airport ground transfers will not be provided);
[2] fifteen (15) roundtrip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express® Motor Coach Service;
[3] complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World® Resort;
[4] room accommodations consisting of up to four (4) hotel rooms (based on quad-occupancy per room) for a total of four (4) nights at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
[5] up to fifteen (15) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option (subject to restrictions) – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests;
[6] Team sports registration in a Disney created, owned, and operated youth sports “open” (not invitational) tournament or event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World®;
[7] up to fifteen (15) “event/tournament t-shirts” – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests;
[8] a game-day photography which will include photographer for one (1) selected game played by the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests which will include a CD of all pictures from the one (1) selected game (the number of photos taken during the game will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
[9] mock ESPN The Magazine cover photos – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests;
[10] one (1) mock ESPN The Magazine cover photo for the entire team;
[11] up to fifteen (15) $50 Disney Gift Card– one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; and
[12] an individual box lunch – one for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests to be eaten during for one (1) of the team’s scheduled games
ARV of the Grand Prize is $13,300.00. The ARV is based on the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner having fourteen (14) Guests. ARV may vary from actual value, depending on date and point of departure, and number of Guests. Any difference between stated and actual value shall not be awarded. Trip must be completed prior to April 30, 2015. Note: Grand Prize Winner may elect to take the Trip without a team. In such case, the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove Grand Prize items [6] through [10] and [12] above from the Grand Prize and may or may not substitute such items.
Trip may only be awarded to a winner 18 years or older. In the event the selected potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian. Travel companions who are minors in his/her jurisdiction of residence must have legal permission to travel with Grand Prize Winner and team from his/her parent/legal guardian, unless the child or legal ward of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner, or travel companion’s parent/legal guardian is accompanying the minor. Further note that in accordance with the Sponsor’s policies, there must be at least one (1) adult, 18 years old or older, for every ten (10) youths under 18 years of age. The Grand Prize Winner must chaperone his/her team. Therefore, if the Grand Prize Winner elects to bring a team consisting of more than ten (10) minors, there must be at least one (1) adult Guest who will also act as a chaperone of the team. The Grand Prize Winner and all adult Guests on the Trip must comply with the Sponsor’s chaperone requirements in effect at the time of any event. The chaperones must actively supervise all minors on their team. Sponsor will not have any responsibility to supervise any minors. All documents signed by the parents/legal guardians will acknowledge that the Grand Prize Winner and his/her adult Guest (not the Sponsor) will be solely responsible for the supervision of any minors.
The total ARV of all prizes in this Promotion is $20,980.00.
