First Prizes: There will be fourteen (14) First Prizes awarded, each consisting of (1) $100 Talbots gift card. ARV of each First Prize: $100. First Prize Winners will be selected by a daily random drawing, as follows: on or about each of the fourteen (14) Random Drawing Dates noted below, a random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization from among all eligible online entries received as of that date in order to select one potential First Prize Winner. Entrants may not win more than one First Prize.

Grand Prize: On or about May 31, 2015, a random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received to award: one (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) 10 day/8 night walking trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Amalfi Coast. Trip includes:
