Instagram: Upload your Photo with the hashtag #BerryJoyfulSweeps, post it to your feed, and then complete and submit the registration form you subsequently receive. Upon approval of your Photo, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the applicable Weekly Entry Period and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period, on or around the dates set forth in the chart above. Non-winning entries will not be included in drawings for subsequent Weekly Entry Periods.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the 2015 California Berry Festival, scheduled to be held on May 16-17, 2015 in Oxnard, CA. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $350 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; and Berry Festival passes and VIP access to festival events for winner and guest. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (2,250) FIRST PRIZES (one hundred seventy three (173) awarded per Weekly Entry Period for Weekly Entry Periods 1-12; one hundred seventy four (174) awarded for Weekly Entry Period 13): A Reddi-wip Berry Keeper. ARV:$9.49.

TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SECOND PRIZES (seven hundred sixty nine (769) awarded per Weekly Entry Period for Weekly Entry Periods 1-12; seven hundred seventy two (772) awarded for Weekly Entry Period 13): A coupon for any one (1) free can of Reddi-wip. Coupon expires 5/31/15. Terms and conditions printed on the coupon apply. Maximum ARV: $3.20.

Maximum total ARV of all prizes: $58,352.50. Limit: One (1) prize per person.
