PRIZES: Three (3) grand prizes of a trip for two (2) to a destination to be determined by the Sponsor for a college football game where Desmond Howard’s broadcast responsibilities take him (each a “Grand Prize”). Each destination will be determined by the Sponsor approximately one (1) week prior to the dates of travel and will be dependent upon the college football game at which Desmond Howard’s broadcast responsibilities take him.
Each Grand Prize includes:
i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between a major metropolitan city airport in the US closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and destination determined by the Sponsor,
ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room double occupancy) to be determined by Sponsor,
iii) two (2) tickets to the college football game at which Desmond Howard’s broadcast responsibilities take him,
iv) round-trip ground transportation to/ from the destination airport/hotel, meet-and-greet event and hotel/college football game,
v) meet and greet event,
vi) hospitality package (if available), and
vii) a $500 prepaid gift card.
Each Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $7,500. Grand Prize must be taken on the dates determined by the Sponsor. If the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Grand Prize but is unable to travel during those dates, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited. If Grand Prize Winner resides within sixty (60) miles of the destination, at Sponsor’s sole option, Grand Prize Winner will receive ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice to and from Grand Prize Winner’s local residence to the hotel in lieu of the round trip coach airfare portion of the Grand Prize. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize for a winner who is not a local resident.
The maximum total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $22,500.
