To enter the Contest, participants will be required to submit an original T-Shirt Slogan (“Slogan”) via a comment on the Facebook Post or reply on the Twitter Post (“Entry”). All Entries must contain the hashtag #CrazyYouCanWear. A ‘Like’ or ‘Favorite’ of any Post related to the Contest (either from Sponsor or any participant) does not constitute entry to the Contest. Slogans must be in good taste, may not utilize names of individuals (current or historical), and must meet the requirements set forth in Section 6 herein. On Facebook, an Entry must be ten (10) words or less not including the hashtag. On Twitter, an Entry plus the hashtag must fit within the 140 character limit and be wholly represented within that tweet. Entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. PT on May 2, 2014 to be considered for the Contest. All Entries must meet the requirements set forth in Section 6 herein and any entry that violates any provision of these Official Rules will be disqualified. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person, per 24-hour period. If more than one (1) Entry is submitted by a participant in a 24-hour period, only the first one (1) Entry during a 24-hour period will be considered. If a participant uses multiple account names to submit Entries, only the first submitted Entry will be considered.
Prize(s): The confirmed Grand Prize winner will receive the following: (a) Fifty-two (52) El Pollo Loco $10 (USD) vouchers, (b) the complete line of El Pollo Loco employee T-Shirts including one that features his/her selected Slogan in a size of his/her choosing; approximate retail value of this prize is $25 (USD)
The two (2) confirmed Runner-Up winners will each receive the following: (a) ten (10) El Pollo Loco $10 (USD) vouchers and (b) the complete line of El Pollo Loco employee T-Shirts, approximate retail value of this prize is $25 (USD).
If a confirmed Runner-Up winner does not reside in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas or Utah, he/she will receive the following: (a) one (1) American Express Gift Card in the amount of $100 (USD) and (b) the complete line of El Pollo Loco employee T-Shirts, approximate retail value of this prize is $25 (USD).
