ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) adults to the Riu Palace Peninsula, in Cancun, Mexico. All passengers must have a valid passport, and be at least 21 years old or traveling with a legal guardian. Trip package includes round trip, charter air transportation for two (2) from Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Rockford or St, Louis to Cancun, Mexico (departures from some cities listed may be seasonal and schedules are subject to change); transfers to/from the resort; seven (7) nights’ accommodations at Riu Palace Peninsula (single room, double occupancy); all meals and drinks; non-motorized watersports and the service of an Apple Representative in the resort. The Request Form must be received by Apple at least fourteen (14) days and no more than 45 days prior to all requested departure dates. All departure taxes, insurance, fees and fuel surcharges are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid prior to departure (approximately $310-$368 per person, subject to change). Trip package expires December 10th, 2014 and travel must be completed before that date. Restricted travel dates include 5 days prior to and after holidays including spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and other U.S. Government holidays (i.e. Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, etc.). Once Apple Vacations has confirmed a trip, no changes can be made. A cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prize. Trip is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents.
