WEEKLY PRIZES: Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive a “Chica®” plush doll and “Barney®” plush doll. (ARV: $25 each doll).

GRAND PRIZE The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) hour birthday party for his or her child and up to thirty (30) of his or her friends at a venue selected by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that is situated within fifty (50) miles of the Grand Prize Winner’s residence. The party will include: (A) a guest appearance from Chica, a host from The Sunny Side Up Show and a Barney costumed character; (B) food and beverages for the Grand Prize Winner, his or her child and up to thirty (30) guests; and © goody bags (containing items such as Sprout branded notebook, pen, sticker and other small premium items) for up to thirty (30) guests. (ARV: $7,260; Total ARV including allowance of $2,000 to help offset payment of federal income taxes: $9,260).
