One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) people to Boston, Massachusetts to attend the Blazed and Confused Tour. Trip is three (3) days and two (2) nights, departing on Friday, August 7, 2009 and returning on Sunday, August 9, 2009. Winner must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these official rules. In connection with the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class airfare for Grand Prize winner and their guest on an airline selected by Sponsor, from the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) nearest winner’s primary residence to the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) in Boston, MA.; two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor (one (1) room only, double occupancy, room and tax only); two (2) VIP backstage passes to attend the Blazed and Confused Tour 2009; and a Skullcandy prize pack (valued at $1,000) that will include various Skullcandy brand products, including Slightly Stoopid and Snoop Dogg model headphones. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the entire Grand Prize is US$2,700.00
