CONTEST JUDGING. Entries received during the Contest Period will be judged by a panel of judges
appointed by the Sponsor and Administrator according to the following procedures and criteria:
● Appropriateness to the theme 50%
o The panel of judges will judge whether and to what extent that each entry
touches on the relevant theme: Wild West-Inspired.
● Creativity of the submitted Entry 25%
o The panel of judges will compare the content of each submitted static photo
entry in search of creative portrayal of entrant’s written essay.
● Originality of the submitted Entry 25%
o The panel of judges will compare the content of each submitted entry in search
of individuals with unique wild west inspired stories.
Contest Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner
during the Contest Period. The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for winner and three (3) guests, (all
ages 21 and over), to Nashville, Tennessee. The Grand Prize will include roundtrip airfare for winner
and three guests from a Sponsor-specified major airport nearest winner’s residence to Nashville,
Tennessee, transportation to and from airport, three (3) night standard accommodations (single
room, double occupancy, room and tax only) to be selected by Sponsor, and one prize pack that consists of
one (1) Cowboy Hat, one (1) Bandana, one (1) Koozie, one (1) Mini Bottle Topper Hats, one (1)
Inflatable Cooler, one (1) Tote Bag and one (1) Sunglasses , and one (1) prize pack with will include
one (1) cooler, one (1) Bluetooth speaker, one (1) fanny pack and one (1) apparel item. The total ARV
for the Grand Prize is $10,000.00.
Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be eleven (11) total prizes
during the Sweepstakes Period. Each prize for each Entry Period will consist of one (1) Cowboy
Hat, one (1) Bandana, one (1) Koozie, one (1) Mini Bottle Topper Hats, one (1) Inflatable Cooler,
one (1) Tote Bag and one (1) Sunglasses. The total ARV for each prize is $545.00. The ARV of all
the prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes is $5,995.
ALL NON-WINNING ENTRIES WILL ROLL OVER INTO EACH SUBSEQUENT ENTRY PERIOD.
