Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY, from May 16, 2025 through May 18, 2025 (unless otherwise designated by Sponsor, subject to avialability), and shall include:
· Coach-class roundtrip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) from the nearest major metro airport to the winner’s home to Louisville or Lexington, KY;
o Departure on May 16, 2025 and return on May 18, 2025.
o Airline and departure/arrival airports as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and subject to availability.
o If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the Buffalo Trace Distillery or the greater Frankfort, KY metro area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.
· One (1) night in a double-occupancy standard hotel room in the Louisville or Lexington, KY metro area;
o Date of stay will be May 16, 2025.
o Hotel brand, location, and room type as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.
· One (1) night lodging at the Stagg Lodge located on the property of the Buffalo Trace Distillery;
o Date of stay will be May 17, 2025.
· One (1) VIP tour of the Buffalo Trace Distillery for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older);
o Tour date will be May 17, 2025, and time of tour will be solely determined and designated by Sponsor.
· Meet-and-greet with a Buffalo Trace Master Distiller at Buffalo Trace Distillery for winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older);
o Date of meet-and-greet will be May 17, 2025, and time of meet-and-greet will be solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability
· Photo opportunity with a race car at the Buffalo Trace Distillery;
o Date of photo opportunity will be May 17, 2025, and time will be solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability.
· One (1) $1,500 gift card toward supplemental ground transportation and incidentals.
o Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
Travel date(s) are subject to availability and the sole determination and designation of Sponsor. The grand prize award has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,800.
