Grand Prize: The prize includes economy class airfare for two (2) from winner’s nearest major US airport to Montreal, Canada including three (3) nights in a luxury hotel (hotel at Sponsor’s sole discretion). To claim the prize, at least one (1) person traveling must be over the age of 21; accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing a standard double room. A Guest who is a minor in his/her state of residence must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be the winner. A valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your room upon check-in. Participants will train alongside a team of legendary stuntmen in a custom-designed stunt masterclass. This half day experience includes: tailor-made X-Men style choreography from expert stuntmen, personal Hollywood stunt instructor, hand-to-hand combat instruction, acrobatic reactions and low falls, and stunt acting. Participants will be provided a private walking tour around the city (2 hour estimate), to movie filming locations and other landmarks. Neither GIANT Snacks, Fox, nor Administrator is responsible for any expenses related to personal health at/or following the experience. Prize does not include travel to and from the departure airport, personal expenses, or incidentals (such as baggage or other fees imposed by the airline), or food and drink. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available.; all travelers will require a valid photo ID for air travel; all travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year’s or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time. Travel valid from August 1, 2016 thru July 1, 2017. If travel is not completed in this time period, the prize is forfeited. For the stunt experience, participants should be in good physical health to take part, minimum age is 16. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4995.00.
GIANT Snack Pack Prizes: Twenty Five (25) GIANT Snack Pack Prizes will be awarded, which contain complimentary GIANT Sunflower Seeds products and merchandise. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable. Total ARV of all prizes: $4995.00.
