The Sweepstakes shall award one (1) prize consisting of a four-day/five-night trip for two (2) (Winner and 1 guest) to the Lollapalooza® Music Festival (“Festival”) to be held at Grant Park, Chicago, IL and scheduled to take place from August 1 through August 4, 2024 (the “Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The Prize will include: (a) two (2) VIP 4-day Festival tickets, (b) roundtrip economy air transportation for both the Winner and their guest, (c) ground transportation to and from airport/hotel/airport while in Chicago, IL; and (d) hotel accommodations (one-room, double occupancy) for five (5) nights. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,500.
