PRIZE DETAILS, ODDS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. One (1) prize is available to be awarded. The prize
consists of two (2) courtside seat tickets (for use by Winner and Winner’s guest) for the Miami HEAT home game
scheduled to take place on March 3, 2025 at Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida (“Game”) and Winner shall be the
Honorary Captain of the Game. Winner and his or her guest will have the opportunity to participate in a pre-game
on-court presentation (i.e. “Honorary Captain” portion of prize) with a Miami HEAT Player (subject to availability)
and will be featured on the center-hung scoreboard. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.00.
