PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) Winner using the selection process described
below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of the Winner’s choice
of either:
• The Heretic Anthem VIP Package, comprising:
o One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA (the “LA
Destination”) from the major commercial airport in the United States, the District of
Columbia, or Puerto Rico nearest to Winner’s primary residence as determined by
Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation
for air transportation if winner resides within 50 miles of the LA Destination;
o One (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in Los Angeles, CA (one double
occupancy room and room tax only), checking in September 13, 2024 and checking
out September 15, 2024; and
o Two (2) VIP Heretic Anthem tickets to see Slipknot on the Here Comes The Pain Tour
scheduled for September 14, 2024 in Inglewood, CA (the “LA Event”).
OR
• The Maggot PIT GA+ Package, comprising:
o One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Des Moines, IA (the “IA
Destination”) from the major commercial airport in the United States, the District of
Columbia, or Puerto Rico nearest to Winner’s primary residence as determined by
Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation
for air transportation if winner resides within 50 miles of the IA Destination;
o One (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in Des Moines, IA (one double
occupancy room and room tax only), checking in September 20, 2024 and checking
out September 22, 2024; and
o Two (2) VIP Maggot PIT GA tickets to see Slipknot at Knotfest scheduled for
September 21, 2024 in Des Moines, IA (the “IA Event”);
Winner may choose either, but not both, The Heretic Anthem VIP Package or The Maggot PIT GA+
Package as the Prize.
