FPRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)
Fourteen (14) prizes will be available to be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. The prizes are:
One (1) Grand Prize (ARV: $7,000): a 7-day RV rental for winner and one (1) guest to a destination of winner’s choice in the United States. Trip consists of: i) a recreational vehicle (“RV”) rental up to six (6) nights; ii) $1,000 gas gift card; iii) a National Park Explorer Pass; and iv) a Panasonic Lumix GH5M2 camera. Winner must have a valid driver’s license for the chosen RV rental at time of booking and during the term of the RV rental period. RV rental is subject to the RV owner’s terms and RV sharing Terms of Service. Winner must agree to comply with all terms and enter an agreement with the RV share company for rental of the RV, including, but not limited to: minimum age requirement, maintain all applicable insurance and present a major valid credit card at the time of booking to cover for any damages, excess wear, and any additional over-mileage charges. Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the use of the RV rental and/or make no representation or warranties concerning the RV rental. Actual RV rental value may differ, among other things, existing rates at time of booking, type/size/condition of RV, and location of RV rental. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the prize was fulfilled will not be awarded. Once an RV rental is booked, it is considered final and no changes will be entertained and Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility to rent the RV directly from the RV owner according to its terms and conditions. If the Grand Prize winner is not approved for an RV rental (such as, but not limited to, any moving vehicle violation within the past 3 years or did not meet the minimum age requirement), the Sponsor will award $7,000 cash to the Grand Prize winner in lieu of the RV rental prize. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, camping charges, and additional cash charges. RV rental must be redeemed and taken by December 31, 2024. RV rental is subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Winner and travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If guest is a minor in his/her/their state of residence, the winner must be the guest’s parent. Minor must be accompanied at all times during trip by minor’s parent. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before the RV rental booking. Winner and guest must agree that all travel, lodging and activities will be at their own risk. If the winner determines that travel is not permissible due to health or safety reasons, or for any other reasons, after the RV rental is booked, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and no compensation or substitution be awarded. If winner chooses to partake only a portion of the prize, with or without a guest, the remaining portion of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Three (3) First Prizes (ARV: $500 each prize): a GoPro Hero 12 Black + Max Lens Mod 2.0 camera.
Ten (10) Second Prizes (ARV: $150 each prize): a Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 Instant camera with custom case, Fuji Instax film (50 sheets) and a photo album.
