a.) Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize winner” or “Winner”) will receive a Bahamas cruise (“Destination”) for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) on dates to be agreed upon by Sponsor and Winner but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for the Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence in the US to Miami, Florida; (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodation in Miami, FL which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included.) Hotel location subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) roundtrip ground transportation for the Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel and hotel to cruise port in Miami, FL; (iv) four (4) night stay in Destination which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (food, drink, and excursion package to be chosen by Sponsor but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs not included in the cruise package chosen by Sponsor are not included.); (v) one (1) $1,000 bank gift card (gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; winner is subject to the terms and the conditions of the bank gift card); (vi) one (1) DIRECTV welcome gift pack; and (vii) $3,500 issued in the form of a check in the Grand Prize winner’s name which may be used by the Grand Prize winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the grand prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between $3,500 and actual income taxes incurred. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $15,090.00.
