ARV of entire Prize: $1,712.84. A potential winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) will receive the prize notification/Prize Claim Document via DocuSign, then must complete the Prize Claim Document via DocuSign; the completed Prize Claim Document must be received by Sponsor by the date in the Prize Claim Document.
