COMPETITION SCHEDULE

SPONSOR WILL SELECT, IN ITS SOLE, ABSOLUTE, AND COMPLETE DISCRETION, WHICH ENTRANTS WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION. Selected Entrants will be divided into groups and advance to the initial public voting round. Subsequent public voting rounds (individually the “Round” and, collectively, the “Rounds”) will progressively reduce the number of Entrants. Public voting begins March 29th.

Top 15 (begins March 29th and ends April 14th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top fifteen (15) Entrants.
Top 10 (begins April 14th and ends April 21st) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top ten (10) Entrants.
Top 5 (begins April 21st and ends April 28th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top five (5) Entrants.
Group Finalists (begins April 28th and ends May 5th) – Public voting will help reduce total Entrants to one preliminary winner in each group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
Quarterfinals (begin May 6th and end May 12th) – Preliminary group winners will be divided into Quarterfinal groups. Voting will be reset, and public voting will determine one (1) winner from each Quarterfinal group who will then advance to the Semifinals.
Semifinals (begin May 13th and end May 19th) – Quarterfinals winners will be divided into Semifinal groups. Voting will be reset, and public voting will determine one (1) winner from each Semifinals group who will then advance to the Finals.
Finals (begin May 20th and end May 26th) – Voting will be reset, and public voting will determine the winner of the 2022 Dream Chopper Competition (the “Grand Prize Winner”), on May 26th, 2022.

The one (1) verified Grand Prize Winner in this Competition will receive a prize package valued at an approximate maximum retail equivalent of $125,000.00, comprised of (a) $100,000 custom “chopper” motorcycle build (“Chopper Build”) and (b) $25,000 estimated value of being filmed to appear in an episode with Orange County Choppers’ Paul Senior (the “Grand Prize”) and of attending the official unveiling of the Chopper Build with members of the Orange County Choppers crew (“Chopper Build Unveiling”), including all associated travel. The Grand Prize Winner may refer to themself as the “Dream Chopper Winner” in written and/or descriptive materials, but only if such use(s) and display(s) is/are purely non-commercial and in no event suggest or create any confusion whatsoever that the Sponsor or Orange County Choppers are endorsing or participating in any manner related to the use of their name, logos, or fonts.

The Grand Prize Winner must be able to travel for filming of an exclusive, in-person Chopper Build design consultation (“Design Consultation”) with members of the Orange County Choppers crew, within sixty (60) days after the Competition ends, with specific dates to be determined by the Sponsor, and must possess all necessary travel documents at that time. If the Grand Prize Winner is not available for the Design Consultation for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner (“Alternate Winner”), by determining the Entrant with the second-most votes from the Finals, and the Grand Prize will be transferred to said Alternate Winner. Winnings/Prize(s) will be provided only after receiving all necessary documentation in compliance with Competition eligibility, successful completion of the Design Consultation, and completion of the Chopper Build.

The Grand Prize Winner will be flown via round-trip coach airfare from a major United States airport that is situated near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor, to a major airport of the Sponsor’s choosing near the Orange County Choppers headquarters; will be accommodated in a hotel designated by Sponsor for a minimum of 2 days/1 night (1 queen or king-size bed), for purposes of attending the Design Consultation and to complete additional tasks and possible public relations appearances; and will receive meals (selected by the Sponsor) and ground transportation (selected by the Sponsor). Any changes in travel once flights or other arrangements are reserved will be the financial responsibility of the changing party.

Additionally, upon completion of the Chopper Build, the Grand Prize Winner will be again be flown via round-trip coach airfare from a major United States airport that is situated near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor, to a major airport of the Sponsor’s choosing near the Orange County Choppers headquarters; will be accommodated in a hotel designated by Sponsor for a minimum of 2 days/1 night (1 queen or king-size bed), for purposes of attending the Chopper Build Unveiling and to complete additional tasks and possible public relations appearances; and will receive meals (selected by the Sponsor) and ground transportation (selected by the Sponsor).
