PRIZES: The Promotion will consist of the following prize(s) (the “Grand Prize” and the “Shopping Spree Prizes”, collectively “the Prizes”) (total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $30,349 USD):
The Grand Prize (one winner):
(a) one (1) 2024 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 114 (ARV of $22,849 USD); and
(b) one (1) three-day trip to Milwaukee, WI consisting of:
a. One (1) $1500 gift card to offset travel expenses (ARV of $1,500)
b. Three (3) nights hotel at a Milwaukee, WI-area hotel, as determined by Sponsor; winner must select three consecutive nights between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025. (ARV of $1,500); and
If the winner is a resident of the USA:
(c) 100,000 Harley-Davidson Membership Points (ARV of $1,000); and*
(d) Membership for one (1) year to the Club EagleRider (ARV of $500)*
If the winner is a resident of Canada*:
(c) a cash prize of $1,000 USD gift card (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and
(d) a cash prize of $500 USD gift card (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
*The Harley-Davidson Membership and Club EagleRider membership are not currently available to residents of Canada and therefore an alternative prize of approximate equal value is awarded to the winner of the Grand Prize if they are a resident of Canada.

The Shopping Spree Prizes (6 winners):
Six (6) winners will each win one (1) $500 USD H-D Dealership shopping spree (ARV $500), valid at their Preferred Participating Dealer (as defined herein), applicable towards service, parts & accessories and motorclothes. Shopping spree prize may not be applied towards the purchase of a new motorcycle. Total ARV for the Shopping Spree Prizes is $3,000.
