Planet Fitness 1,000th Club Sweepstakes

There are two (2) methods of entry into this Sweepstakes, as detailed below. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of method of entry, throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that contain content that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion are not suitable or appropriate may be disqualified.

1. Entry Via Facebook – During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Planet Fitness Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/planetfitness). Once at the Planet Fitness Facebook page, during the Sweepstakes Period, you must comment on the applicable Sweepstakes Post (which will be pinned to the top of the feed) and provide your comment in response to the post (hereinafter an “Entry”).
2. Entry Via Twitter – You must have a non-private Twitter account. Once you have such an account, you must become a follower of @PlanetFitness. You must follow @PlanetFitness throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes) to participate in the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win. You may unfollow @PlanetFitness after the fifteen (15) day notification period.
   At various times throughout the Sweepstakes Period, @PlanetFitness will send out a sweepstakes tweet which contains the hashtag #PFcelebrates1000 as well as a link to the official Sweepstakes rules. To earn one (1) Entry, per day, during the Sweepstakes Period, you must Retweet a sweepstakes tweet, which includes the hashtag and the rules (hereinafter an “Entry”).

Grand Prize: Once confirmed, as detailed below, the Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) check for one thousand dollars ($1,000). The ARV of the Grand Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
Second Prizes: Once confirmed, as detailed below, the two (2) Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) gift card. The ARV of each Second Prize is five hundred dollars ($500).
Third Prize: Once confirmed, as detailed below, the five (5) Third Prize winners will each receive one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) gift card. The ARV of each Third Prize is one hundred dollars ($100).
Fourth Prize: Once confirmed, as detailed below, the fifteen (15) Fourth Prize winners will each receive Sponsor selected Planet Fitness merchandise. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is thirty dollars ($30).
