There will be twenty (20) prizes awarded (each, a “Prize”). The winner of each Prize shall be referred to as a “Winner.”
Each Prize shall consist of annual subscription to the UP Faith & Family video-on-demand streaming service. The total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is Fifty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($53.99).
The ERV of all Prizes is One Thousand Seventy-Nine Dollars and Eighty Cents ($1,079.80).
