Winner will be notified by phone, text-message, or email and hereby consents to receiving such phone call, text-message, or email by entering this Sweepstakes. The prize (“Prize”) includes:
Up to $5,000 for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to use towards travel and accommodations at a destination of your choice. Travel and accommodation will be booked by Sponsor’s travel agency and travel must be booked within 10 weeks of Winner being notified of winning or Winner forfeits the Prize. When working with Travel Agency, trip must be booked at least 45 days out.
Exact specifications of prize to be determined in collaboration with Sponsor and Sponsor’s travel agency and may vary from as described above based on availability. The approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $5,000.00.
