PRIZE: There is one (1) Prize available. The Prize consists of the Winner’s choice of either: one (1) 4-day/3-
night trip to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (the “UO Trip”) OR one (1) 3-day/2-night trip to
Universal Studios Hollywood, in Universal City, California (the “USH Trip”) for the Winner and up to three (3)
travel companions (“Guest(s)”), as further described below.
If the UO Trip is chosen by the Winner: The UO Trip has a fair market value (“FMV”) of Four Thousand Six
Hundred Forty-Nine and 40/100 Dollars ($4,649.40) and consists of the following:
1) Round trip, coach (economy) class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a
major commercial airport closest to Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole
discretion) to Orlando, Florida*. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the
airport at the point of origin.
2) Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport in Orlando, Florida and to/from the hotel and
Universal Orlando Resort*.
3) Hotel accommodations for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests in a maximum of one (1) room
(quadruple occupancy; room and tax only) at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or another
Universal Orlando Resort hotel of Prize Provider’s choosing in its sole discretion), for four (4) consecutive
days and three (3) nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone
calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the UO Trip, not specified here.
4) Universal Orlando 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests for admission
to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal Volcano Bay
water theme park.

If the USH Trip is chosen by the Winner: The USH Trip has an FMV of Four Thousand Seven Hundred and
Forty-Six Dollars ($4,746.00) and consists of the following:
1) Round trip, coach (economy) class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a
major commercial airport closest to Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole
discretion) to Los Angeles, California**. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from
the airport at the point of origin.
2) Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport and hotel in Los Angeles, California **.
3) Standard hotel accommodations for Winner and up to three (3) Guests in a maximum of one (1) room
(quadruple occupancy; room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or another nearby hotel
of Prize Provider’s choosing in its sole discretion), for three (3) consecutive days and two (2) nights.
Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal
expenses incurred during the USH Trip, not specified here.
4) 2-Day General Admission tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests for admission to Universal
Studios Hollywood theme park.
**For a Winner who is a California resident and chooses the USH Trip, air transportation may be substituted
with another method of transportation by Prize Provider in its sole discretion. Winner is not entitled to the
cash difference in the value between ground transportation and the substitute method of transportation.
