due to a technical, production, human or other error, more than three hundred twenty (320) entrants receive a winning Notification, the three hundred twenty (320) intended Game
Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all recipients of such Notifications.
No other Game Prizes will be awarded in this Promotion. The total ARV of all Game Prize
is $57,750.
b. Sweepstakes Prize (1): The “Sweepstakes Prize” is $10,000, awarded as a check made
payable to the Sweepstake Prize winner. Only one (1) Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded
in this Promotion. If, due to a technical, production, human or other error, more than one
(1) entrant receives a Sweepstakes Prize-winning Notification, the one (1) intended
Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all recipients of such
Notifications. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $10,000.
