Two (2) Grand Prizes: each Grand Prize is a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2025 NBA All-Star Game scheduled for February 16, 2025 (the “Game”) in San Francisco, California (the “Trip”) and one (1) Google Pixel 9 Pro mobile phone (phone is unlocked and works with any major carrier; phone features, storage space, color, and all other aspects of the phone are at the discretion of the Sponsor). The Trip portion of each Grand Prize consists of:
Two (2) tickets to the Game for the winner and one (1) guest (“Ticket(s)”) (Ticket type, seat location, and all other aspects of the Tickets is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon).
Lodging/hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest for three (3) nights (one room, double occupancy) including room and tax only at a hotel determined by the Sponsor; winner is responsible for providing any required credit card or deposit upon hotel check-in for personal use of incidental charges during hotel stay.
Round-trip economy class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) to a major commercial airport in the San Francisco Bay area selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
$600 prepaid bank gift card for winner intended to be used to cover any cost of phone activation, incidentals at hotel, food, transportation, or spending cash.
$4,817.09 gross up payment in the form of a corporate check to assist with the winner’s tax obligations.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $18,064.09.
B. Five (5) First Prizes: each First Prize consists of one (1) autographed NBA jersey (jersey team, player, number, style, size, color, signature, display, and all other aspects of the jersey are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor to determine the specific jersey to be awarded to each First Prize winner). ARV of each First Prize: $300.
C. One hundred (100) Second Prizes: each Second Prize consists of one (1) $100 NBA Store gift card (awarded in the form of a digital code; subject to gift card’s Terms & Conditions and any expiration date which will be provided at the time prize is awarded, if applicable. Second Prize winners may receive multiple digital codes with a total value of $100). ARV of each Second Prize: $100.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $47,628.18.
